Why Does Your Client Need a Home Inspection?

How Do I Request a Home Inspection?

What We Can Do...

What You Get...

You may wonder why a home inspection is needed. What could possibly be wrong with a house that you and your client had looked at numerous times?

First, we sincerely hope the home your client buys is close to perfect and has no significant issues that may impact either its value or safety.

That being said, it’s been our experience that no home is perfect, not even the new ones. Many of the items discovered during an inspection are not readily visible to the eye of a seasoned real estate agent, much less that of the average home buyer.

Our inspectors are trained to see those items that impact the safety and/or value of the property. Crawlspace moisture, improper wiring, malfunctioning smoke detectors, heating and cooling systems performance issues and numerous other potential problems can eventually cost your client significant amounts of money of not discovered before the purchase is finalized.

The fee for having a home inspected is very small compared to the expense your client could incur if a major defect goes undetected until after the sale is closed
